Over the years, the company earned national recognition as a top-volume dealer and installer of exterior home improvement products, along with numerous manufacturer awards for creativity and workmanship.
In the mid-2000s, major technological advancements transformed the window manufacturing industry, increasing demand for energy-efficient window replacement. Recognizing this shift, Lynn made the strategic decision to focus exclusively on windows. In 2007, Foster Exteriors officially became Foster Exteriors Window Company, specializing in high-performance, energy-efficient window solutions.
In 2012, Lynn’s youngest son, Logan Foster, joined the company shortly after graduating from Texas State University with a degree in Business Administration. He immediately helped modernize operations and expand the company’s online presence. By 2016, Logan was named Project Manager and Vice President, playing a key role in the company’s continued growth. At the end of 2022, Lynn officially retired, passing the business into the next generation.
Today, with over 14 years of industry experience, Logan is the proud owner of his family’s business. His focus remains on honoring the company’s 38-year reputation while continuing to grow its presence in the North Texas window replacement market—guided by the same core principles his father established: Quality Materials, Quality Workmanship, and Reasonable Prices.
